FIREWATER
Apache Aluminum Brightener. This is a very concentrated, 100% biodegradable, blend of hydrofluoric and sulfuric acids especially formulated to de-oxidized aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, leaving them clean and shiny. May be applied with an acid pump or manually, and works in conjunction with foaming systems. This would be ideal for use in 2-step truck cleaning systems. This product contains special wetting agents that keep the acids from burning or etching the aluminum for up to 15 minutes even in the extremely hot weather. The surface being cleaned should be worked from the bottom to the top and back to the bottom again. Work an area for about 5 minutes and them rinse thoroughly with clear water to prevent streaking and galling of the surface. Rinse off with hose of high-pressure washer. KEEP OFF GLASS. Leaves tarnished aluminum looking like new. Safe to use on aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, iron, and etc. Do not use on galvanized steel, magnesium, tin or zinc, as discoloring will occur. Rinse thoroughly when finished. Follow dilution directions on label and wear protective clothing, gloves and face protection. The last of it's kind; Firewater is the only remaining effective aluminum brightener.
